We want to encourage and support
everyone who wishes to participate while being fair to landowners who
may chose to lease their mineral rights.
If you would consider leasing your Tompkins County land
under the right terms, fill out all of the following blanks to join the Tompkins Landowner Coalition (TLC) as a voting member and to count your acreage toward
the total acreage.Fill out the contact information and the land parcel information. The total acreage for all members is a measure of TLC's
negotiating power and ability to bring proper terms into the landowner-friendly lease.
If you want to wait before deciding whether to lease your mineral rights, just fill in the name and contact information blanks and not the land parcel blanks. TLC is working on its governing structure, but currently only members with land parcel(s) signed up with the Coalition will be permitted to vote. You may change your land parcel status later, if you wish.
There is no obligation for you to sign any
lease.All of this is information will be treated with care and will
not be shared outside of the Coalition. The Tompkins County Assessors Office has this information on their public web site as public information, but TLC will not share it outside of the Coalition.

online membership form you are indicating your interest to participate
in the Tompkins Landowner Coalition to obtain the best lease terms to
protect you, your property, and the environment and to maximize bonus
payments and royalties.
